VIP Membership & Store Credit Program Terms

Effective Date: July 8, 2026

At Anytime Compounds, we appreciate the continued support of our research community. Our VIP Membership and Store Credit Program are designed to reward loyal customers while helping us continue providing competitive pricing and exceptional service.

By participating in either program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. VIP Membership Eligibility

VIP Membership is automatically activated when a customer successfully completes five (5) qualifying purchases using the same customer account.

A qualifying purchase is considered an order that has been fully processed and completed. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or disputed orders do not count toward VIP eligibility.

2. VIP Membership Benefits

Eligible VIP Members receive access to exclusive pricing and discounts available only to VIP accounts.

VIP pricing is automatically applied when logged into the qualifying account.

VIP benefits are intended solely for the registered account holder and may not be transferred, shared, or assigned to another individual or account.

3. Maintaining VIP Status

VIP Membership remains active as long as the account continues to make at least one qualifying purchase every ninety (90) days.

If no qualifying purchase is completed within the 90-day period, VIP status may automatically expire.

Once expired, customers may need to re-qualify under the current VIP program requirements.

4. Coupon Usage

VIP Members already receive substantial discounted pricing through the VIP program.

As a result:

• Certain promotional coupons, discount codes, or special offers may not be compatible with VIP pricing.

• Some coupons may automatically be rejected during checkout.

• If you believe a coupon should apply, please contact our customer support team before placing your order and we will gladly review your account.

Coupon compatibility is determined solely by Anytime Compounds.

5. Store Credit Program

Store credit may be earned through qualifying promotions, customer service resolutions, referral programs, or other promotional activities offered by Anytime Compounds.

Store credit:

• Is automatically applied to the customer account.

• Has no cash value.

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Cannot be transferred to another customer or account.

• May only be used toward eligible purchases on AnytimeCompounds.com.

6. Store Credit Expiration

Unless otherwise stated, store credits expire two (2) years from the date they are issued.

Expired credits cannot be reinstated.

Customers are encouraged to redeem credits before they expire.

7. Maximum Store Credit Balance

To ensure fairness across our rewards program, customer accounts may accumulate a maximum store credit balance of CAD $500.00.

Once an account reaches the maximum balance:

• Additional promotional credits may not be issued until part of the existing balance has been redeemed.

• Certain promotions may become unavailable until the balance falls below the maximum limit.

8. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

If an order that contributed toward VIP qualification or generated store credit is refunded, cancelled, reversed, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, Anytime Compounds reserves the right to:

• Remove associated store credits.

• Adjust account balances.

• Recalculate VIP eligibility.

• Suspend or revoke VIP Membership where appropriate.

9. Program Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, duplicate, or abuse the VIP Membership or Store Credit Program—including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, coupon abuse, referral abuse, or other attempts to obtain unauthorized benefits—may result in:

• Removal of earned benefits.

• Cancellation of store credits.

• Suspension or termination of VIP Membership.

• Restriction or closure of customer accounts.

All determinations regarding abuse are made solely at the discretion of Anytime Compounds.

10. Changes to the Program

The VIP Membership Program, Store Credit Program, qualifying requirements, rewards, expiration periods, maximum balances, and all associated benefits may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Participation in the program does not create a contractual right to receive future discounts, credits, or rewards.

11. Final Interpretation

Anytime Compounds reserves the sole right to interpret, administer, modify, suspend, or terminate these programs at its discretion.
